The Pocket Palace

A little floorplan. A world within.

Open the cabinet. Give a room four floor tiles.

Progress saves only on this device.

How to build a room

Tap one corner, then its opposite corner. The frame shows width × height = area. Each rectangle needs exactly one numbered tile and exactly that many floor tiles. The number can be anywhere inside the room. Rooms cannot overlap; fill all 36 tiles.

Select a built room to reshape it, remove it or step inside. Any room that fits the local rules stays built, even if it makes the remaining plan awkward. Furniture adapts to your rectangle; it adds no rules.

Keyboard: Tab to the floor, arrow keys to move, Enter or Space to select corners. Escape cancels a frame. Control or Command Z undoes. The Simple view uses the same rooms and controls. Reduced motion moves directly; Skip movement ends any camera journey.

Build every room to visit the library, music room and observatory within your actual layout, then return to the very same cabinet. You can close and reopen the lid without losing your work.

Inspect remaining space

36 uncovered tiles.

A region count describes connected empty tiles, using sides. It does not prove a completion exists. Try another footprint or Undo if your rooms leave awkward space.

A clue of 4 can fit 1 × 4, 2 × 2 or 4 × 1. Each choice must still contain only its own clue and avoid other rooms.
